The deliberate lobe into the southern UK is interesting - presumably to bounce the signals in to the uk for turnaround onto uk systems for the Uk Asian diaspora

The side lobe into the UK is present from the current Paksat 1R satellite for C-Band, foorprint beam suggests it is 30dBW
This satellite is notoriously difficult to receive in the UK for C-Band.

The new Paksat MM1 satellite looks like it might have a similar strength side lobe into the UK for C-Band.
If that is the case, I doubt if reception in C-Band will be much improved compared to what it is now from Paksat 1R.

No doubt broadcasters with large antenna setups will be able to get meaningful reception but its probably going to be a tough catch for the UK based hobby DX Men.

Update

Launch Date Changed to 30 May 2024

The announcement was made by the national space agency, the Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (Suparco). According to the spokesman, PakSAT-MM1R would be launched from China’s Xichang Satellite Launch Centre on May 30.

The spokesperson added that the multi-mission communication satellite PakSAT-MM1R is a joint effort of Suparco and the Chinese Aerospace Industry, and is designed to meet the country’s communication and connectivity needs.

According to Suparco, the satellite will be a major driver of Pakistan’s digital transformation and improve socioeconomic conditions. The launching ceremony will be telecasted live from the agency’s offices in Islamabad and Karachi.

I have been following these two telemetry signals since yesterday afternoon, on frequencies 3703,00 RHCP and 4196,00 LHCP, they are located at about 33°E...

From the plot created by the spectrum trend, they are similar to the Paksat 1R satellite, but with a wider bandwidth.

I have a strong suspicion that it is the Paksat MM1R...
