i have AZ BOX, can view image and sound in with 32 pin
but direct connection have only image but sound problem

i believe is Setup problem
can anyone help in solving

can you discribe the noice of your sound problem?
how fast is your internet speed?
you have all your ports open,or some closed by your provider?
to find this out,you have to run,a portscan tool!

Hi abc..Welcome to the forum...And can I say you have purchased an excllent piece of equipment, although you will read differently as you find out more about it, because it is still classed as a box in Beta stage..
can you tell us what firmware you currently have installed..the latest one is 3281 and has addressed a lot of issues from it's predecessors..can I recommend you to a more specialist forum for the Azbox (I know the guys here won't mind)
