Yes, The Elvis programmer is quite old but it has a pheonix mode which can be either 6 or 3.5mz.

There are conflicting reports, on how to load this card, one method recommended using Phoenix 3.579 Mhz mode on a PC but 6 Mhz on a laptop, which is a new one to me.
Which loader program are you using? There seem to be at least 3 different loaders, and each file seems to recommend a different loader.

Using a loader is quite easy, once you have the programmer set in the correct phoenix mode, and have the correct com port selected.
If you download one of the loaders, there are several different versions but all of them seem to have the same basic settings, the only 2 options you should be interested in are the Clean Card and Load File buttons.
Clicking the Clean Card should restore your card then you can simply click on the load file option, navigate to the file, you have downloaded and unzipped, and let the program load the card.
If you have ever programmed a Titanium, or MII card, before it looks very similar.

Some of the older programmers had a jumper pin, on the circuit board, which model Elvis are you using?

I'm not sure if this model has the capability to program in 6 Mhz mode, can you supply a picture, or more technical information?
    Does it look like this?

Just been looking at Duwgati.com and I'm pretty sure that the Elvis only has 3.58 Mhz phoenix mode.

The Elvis programmer is made by AD-Teknik AB
    _http://www.adteknik.se

The programmer datasheet mentions that it has a 3.58MHz Phoenix/Smartmouse interface. Looks like it doesn't have 6.0MHz option

Depends what you want to put on it. You use multiprog to switch on phoenix mode, then use the relevant Loader program. Do a google search for "how to program a gamma card".

You are trying to do something unusual using obsolete kit. The chances of finding someone else who has done this is remote.

I'm based in Australia and programmed my original gamma with a gam file many times using an Elvis. It's very straightforward, but I haven't done it since the local providers killed the original cards here in Sept 2007
