I've heard word it's been hacked and the keys/cams will be uploaded to the usual places either tonight or tomorrow.

I have heard it's opening S*y It, but I'd wait for more confirmation before investing, besides there are currently a wide variety of channels available for a lot less money !!!!!!!!!!!

yes , we know there is a file out there, some say its FAKE !!! anyone knows where is the truth ? never saw such number of rumors like the past week that we dont know whats the truth anymore !!!
last few days some admin said its hacked on dragon cam even !!!
Its true - Its been confirmed as working and is being converted to work with other systems.
I knew about the other fake files but the one I'm talking about is released today. ???, although it does seem to be using the same loader as used in the fake so we will see ??

Why would the code be publicly released when the card hasn't even sold a handful in number (unless sum1's done the dirty again)?
I'm not sure on this one. I really am just gonna reserve judgement. I think a lot of folks still have 'January Fever'.

Why would someone buy a card for €150 or whatever it is for Sky italia which will most likely change codes and everything shortly after?
Also does this mean Sky uk is close?
It would be excellent if hacked using dragon/patched boxes but I very much doubt it.
Although am taking all of this with a pinch of salt.
Sounds like good news but I'll wait and see for further developments.

If Sky Italia goes down, then you would have to think that UK was possible too; as they're very similar I've been led to believe.
UK might be held back for any number of reasons though. I would have thought that yet another flavour card would be top of the list.
I can also imagine that the hackers would have to have some regard for their own safety, over and above staying out of prison - and might want to disappear!
There are going to be some pretty ugly scenes and a fair degree of carnage in the sat-hobbyist world if this does happen, that's for sure.

The two versions of videoguard are indeed very similar - although there are some minor differences in protocol.
However, the processors on the smartcard are different. The SkyIT card is apparantly prone to some glitching techniques, whereas the SlyUK card appears to be much more secure.

This just isn't going to happen - if you check the links section you will find lots of sites that cover things we don't allow here (i.e. k*ys) but you will find information here.
Rest assured if it does become available you will find out here as quick as anywhere!

Are the Dutch Free to Air channels hacked ie RTL4 + TMF etc ? Or is it so easy to get a card no one bothers??
If they are Free to air then you don't need to open them...

The Dutch channels arent fta. Please try to get your terminiology right or you cause utter confusion. They arent hacked either, so go get a card.
