Sky Italy moves to NDS 3 and swap card soon


The Italian Digital platform Sky Italy will send to all its subscribers new cards based on the system NDS3 , with the objective to eliminate the piracy that begins to affect them .

more than 4 million subscriber from which it arranges to swap cards (or is it 5 million ?)
howerver , the establishment in the last months of the commercialization of CAMS emulation the system Videoguard of Sky has tolerated that their people in charge have decided to make the change before the piracy goes to more

Sky Italy transmits its channels through Eutelsat Hotbird (13e)

The platform managed to add during 2006 near 430000 subscribers , the hightest number of all European countries equipped with supplies in pay television

And its only a matter of time the UK moves over to NDS3 if Sky Italia is near to being compromised.

Yes AS, im sure I have read a thread here, saying that a dealer has said that Sky are going to be issuing new cards.
