Monoblock LNB

Hi there
I have a monoblock uni lnb .3db which I have fitted to a 80cm lesson dish.I have the dish pointed at hotbird 13deg but i'm having no luck with getting any pictures from astra 19deg.If looking from the dish I have the lnb fitted to the left in the lnb clamp and I am receiveing perfect pictures from hotbird.The monoblock has a built in diseqc switch and my receiver is a echo ad3000pi.Please could someone help me and tell me if I've got the lnb and dish set up wrong or do I have to line up the dish between 13&19 deg
