My System: Comag SL55 receiver. Lidl 0.6 LNB. Lidl 80cm dish. Metronic DiSEqC motor. Mico STB235 Freeview box. JVC SVHS Video .Targa 160GB HDD/DVD recorder. 3 x UHF modulators. 6-way Booster/Splitter.
In the Lidl specials sheet, it says:

Can be used to receive Sky, but will require a subscription to the service
How is this possible? Is a Sky videoguard CAM available now? Does the receiver have CI or card slots?

Anybody know if it can run the same software as the SL-55.

The kit has dual output LNB - if you point the dish at 28.2 East and connect a S*y receiver to the second LNB output you can use it the same as a S*y mini dish.

Can't think why anyone would want to do this!

I think that's why they put that line in (may push up sales)

In ireland it says pay tv services are not avalable eg Sky. But my question is 'does england have a consumer act' as you could be sued here for giving false infomation any company that does that on purpose relieing on peoples inonence should be fully punshed dont you agree
