    My System: TM9100 1M Motor

Motor failure so soon? (10 days)

    hi

Finally got to sort my setup out today which I purchased about 10 days ago, most of ths time was spent waiting for a replacement TM9100 which wouldnt even power on.

Anyway, managed to sort out USALS, store hotbird, Thor 1W, Astra 19.2 etc..... now the motor wont move. It looks like it has gone as far east as possible and stopped. Cant control it via receiver nor via the manual button on the motor.

The motor is displaying the green light, but as soon I give the motor button a press, to take it west, it clicks and the light turns red and no movement.

FAQ in manual, advises to send back to vendor when clicking.

Just hoping somone may have any other ideas?

Bleeding mail order, knew I should have brought it locally.

    FYI its a SG-2100 (Digipower)

    Thanks for reading

Actually as it's not fit for purpose you could ask for a refund.
