What satellites are the best now?

    Hi m8s,

My apology for this dumb question. I would appreciate your advice on what satellites should I point my dish(es) at in this dark age , where Prima fila, multivision (except 8), and Taq are black.

On what satellites are Cabo and Kiosk (or Kiosque??) broacasted? There is also kiosque on 19.2 but it is black (I am a bit confused).

Okay, I like french channels and hardcore (I have been watching XXL only nowadays, I have very little choice in terms of the ladies to watch). Gone are the happy days when taq and multivision, freextv and xdream were open

FYI, my 80cm dish with 3 LNBs are pointed at hotbird, Astra 19 and Astra 28.2. I am using a DM5620s with hydra angharad. If needs be, I will take out the spare dish lying under my bed and point it where things are clear. YOur advice would be much appreciated on what package (e.g. Cabo, kiosk etc) are clear for the time being and what sat are they on. In the meanwhile I am going to surg Lyngsat.

Cheers (I was busy hecking cable modams, dbox2 and paice in the past few months but have gave up that risky hobby where you can end up behind bars, so, back to free and riskless sat).

I've just bought a extra 1.1M Triax to point specifically at TV Cabo on 30W.

OK m8s, I will go for Cabo on 30W. What package are good on 1W (Any hardc0re there?) .

Will I get Cabo on 30W in NOthern Ireland with an 80cm high gain dish? I can lock on Hotbird, 2 Astras on my 80cm dish (My guess would be that there is not going to be a problem but I may be wrong).

    Thanks for the advice.

    Update:

Watching Kiosk now on Thor2. UsingTerminator 10b image. Had to manually put the keys. Kiosk 9, 10 and 11 are great...Better late than never... I will try to add hotbird on this dish (Mission impossible, I think).

Too bad, my wall is blocking my dish for the 30W. But will find another location for my second dish.

Cheers m8s and thanks a million for these lovely Danish ladies

Which sat has lower signal strength? Hispasat 30W or Thor2 1W?

I am receiving 72 SNR on Thor2 with my 80cm dish and at night it drops to around 69 and there are breaks in the picture. Will consider getting a bigger dish.

    THanks for all the info.
