Hotbird channels with software upgrade

Can we watch hotbird xtra channels by software upgrade of zenga receiver.when i buy zenga receiver tech said that this receiver was loaded with hotbird software

If u find the keys of pay channels and enter in ur receiver then u can watch pay channels but not all.i do'nt about anythink how 2 find and entre keys

dear symbian, first of all just go n give a nice slap to that technician. ask him what is hotbird software. he is a thug. dont get mislead. just go indepth and if u feel then only spend for a good receiver like dreambox and a massive dish.
