Will depend on what kind of job.
I think that things are getting better in Israel, and there are talks that the worst is over, so try to hold on for few more months in your country and hopefully something will come up.
Have you considered doing something else, perhaps with less pay?

Just remember you will be at the back of a queue of another 2.5 million already unemployed so no guarantees of anything.
You'd better move to china - they need REALLY GOOD specialists in almost all fields.
The only trouble with China is, if you stay there too long they start making you![]()
I like work, It fascinates me! I can sit and look at it for hours

yeah they clone everything...
You haven't said what you can do (or can't) as yet.
There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness"
Yes, and traditionally raised chinese girls study from early ages, that she should please her husband according to his request, not according to her "headache" or so on. This is why a lot of foreigners, when going to work in china, leave their faimilies in homeland![]()

According to above data, using my experience as employee in china, with such knowledge, you'll easilly get position in HUAWEI or similar giant company, with salary around $3000-4000 per month, free living space and social package.
I used to have 3,800 euro/month at my last job.
How does applying for job in China work out? do they conduct the interview over phone as it will be very expensive otherwise for me to fly all over the world for a job i don't know if i will get or not?
as i know even you are in huawei, you can't get $3000-4000 per month,my friend is huawei before, and i am in china.you better to stay in the western country which is high salary level...in china people is enjoying to get 600$ per month....what you can do in china...that is really hard...
If I was a foreigner, I definitely wouldn't move to the UK at the mo. Once the tories get in, you've got no chance, neither have the natives for that matter....
* Yes, I know we're not meant to be political here, but if Labour win the next election I will actually buy a Liverpool shirt and wear it.
I think that at a time like this with unemployment, it would be better to stay in one's own country until things become better.
At least you would get unemployment benefits to keep you alive.
There is also the health insurance to consider, and you have the best health care in the world.
A lot depends on marital status. It is very hard to be unemployed when you have a family and wife who is also not working.
It is easier to move to another city or town than moving to another country.
There is always work, you only need to lower your expectations.
Also it is a good time to explore new possibilities and spend some time on professional studies
And cut down on expenses. The car is the first thing to sacrifice.

Often the correct choice to make but depends upon personal circumstances
Not in the UK, if your partner works more than 16 hours per week even for minimum wage or someone else in your household does, then after 6 months in the UK you get nothing but your insurance stamp paid
Health insurance, who can afford that? one has to wait in line like everyone else, my daughter needs an urgent consultation, for a recurrence of a medical condition, the urgent waiting list is currently 57 days
It is very hard in any circumstances but the formula you have quoted is the formula that society in the UK supports ad infinitum
In the UK you cannot get any lower than minimum wage. They tend not to give such jobs to the over 50's who have qualifications as they suspect you will not stay
Assuming you can afford to pay for the study course
Cut your only means of reliable transport? not in the UK, I do not live in a rural area fortunately, but our bus service has just been cut to one per hour. whereas I know in Israel they are more or less every 10 minutes anywhere. Also note the train costs £140 for a return trip to London
All in all I think the UK is fast heading for third world status

Well what can I say far too many sheep straying onto the roads
I was contrasting the UK's ahem apparent 'bus service' with that of Israel's who in my experience have transport links second to none. They have even introduced a railway service with double decker carriages which makes our rail services look like Woodplumpton. Although the Israelis I spoke to felt the service was average to expensive it seemed extremely cheap to us tourists.
Sorry to say this Topper, but the Israeli bus service is one of the worst that I have used in my life. They are not punctual and the natives behave aggressively while boarding the long awaited bus. There is absolutely no respect for who was first in the que, be it an elderly man or woman or a young boy. It is like a jungle out there. Survival of the fittest and strongest.
But I give them one thing. The price is quite cheap by any European standards and a pensioner pays half the normal price.
The plague now is the intensive use of mobile phones. You just have to hear all the secrets of the callers and their plans for the whole day.
Women are the worst. They can talk for ever. Wonder how they manage to pay for it every month.
As for the double decker railway carriage, the mobiles there work overtime.
Sorry to go off topic like this.

I don't consider it off topic, if it dissuades someone from thinking it will be rosy moving to England then peripheral information and contracts need to be drawn to gain a healthy perspective.
The constant use of mobile phones is not a lot to do with the bus or train systems more to do with the culture. Israel initially embraced mobile phones in far greater numbers than the UK for many reasons, cost and the need to stay in touch with family and loved ones during times of crisis.
