    There has been no response / communication from falconsat after he took the order no from me....

    I have to respond back to the bank before the end of next week...

    How long do you think I should wait?

    I haven't received the replacement item and according to the letter I received from my bank, you have sent the replacement item on the 4th January 2008

    As you have received the orginal item i am not sure what is the problem. As you have contacted the credit card company on 02 Jan 08 that you have not received the item even though had.

    On 04 Jan 08 I replied the credit card compnay stating that as you state you have not received the item we are willing to send another item as a gesture of goodwill by registered mail. We have not done that as we have not received the credit nor we have to send it as you have already received the original item sent.

    I hope the problem is now solved. If not please do contact me so we can solve this matter.

    Don't you read your emails ???

    I said I had sent the item back as I DID NOT want the item as you failed to notify me of the delay, or respond to my emails nor did you pick up my calls.

    I had not received the item when I had contacted the bank and the bank said, incase the item arrives I have to either refuse it or send it back, which I have done...

    The amount is in dispute now and I want my money back as I mentioned to you in my email... I have to tell the bank the same so that the money gets credited back into my account

    And you have still not answered why there was a delay and why you haven't bothered to respond to emails or answer the phone

    Please let me know when you sent it back so I can let the bank issue a refund to you when we have received the item.


    Also in regards to your e-mail i can confrom every single e-mail was reponded to & if you remeber we also spoke many times on the phone. Just for your information we do keep records all convrsation and e-mails.

    Yes you do respond to emails in your dream and yes you do pick up your phones after the called has disconnected. That is the reason why other people have the same problems as me...

    Regarding sending the item back, I don't remember the exact date when the item was posted as I have thrown away all the receipts as I thought the matter was resolved until last week when I got a letter once again from my bank...

    I haven't received any emails as yet and don't expect any either...

    If you had spent time replying to customers emails or picking up calls like you are spending time now posting on this forum, it would have made everybody's life easier...

    Been a while since I posted here, but I think this was my original topic a few months ago?

    Anyway, he did the same to me, I didn't sent my item back with recorded delivery, so he claims he never received the item back.

    I know for a fact he will have done, as the chances of it getting lost in the mail are slim.

    However, I couldn't prove it, so I had to fill in a Royal Mail "lost item" form, and claim the money back from them.

    The maximum they pay out is £34, but my item only cost £40, so I didn't lose too much.

    I felt bad having to take money from Royal Mail (that's a first, eh), because this guy KNOWS he received the Setanta CAM and card, but as I forgot to use recorded delivery, he took advantage of the situation.

    In the end though, only the FIS owner, namely "Fahad Rahimtulla", will be losing out because as long as we keep these sort of topics around, it will hopefully warn potential future buyers not to use his shoddy service.

    I know I certainly won't be, as will be the case for a fair few others here.

    I think the idea of this thread is that if there are more complaints it will get 'bumped', but if there are not it will gradually disappear naturally and become an old thread. I don't a sticky is a good idea. No doubt any further complaints about FIS will be tagged onto the end of this one.

    Hi all, I should just like to add one more to the complaints list as I ordered a satellite receiver a month ago and still have not received it. I am contacting The European Consumers Association for help. I will let you know what the final out come is.

    Hi there, I ordered a Echolink 777 Fta Receiver and paid by VISA. The money was taken 2 days after the order. I received 1 e-mail a week ago promising that I would get the reciever this week or my money back but the web site still shows that my order is being processed. I have sent several e-mails and left some messages on his answering machines but last weeks e-mail has been his only response. I have posted more as a warning to others to beware. Thanks for your interest.

    I too placed an order on 6th May and nothing delivered even though money taken on same day. Order status still says processing.

    No email correspondence received though have sent second email to them this morning, didn't get a reply to the last one so won't hold my breath.

    I would PM but not sure if that function is available on this board.
