To reset the password on all NEO models please follow the instructions below:

1 -Go to the following menu: MENU --> SYSTEM --> STATUS

2 -Press the following buttons in the Remote control:

a - RED
b - GREEN
c - YELLOW
d - BLUE
e - YELLOW
f - GREEN
g - RED

3 -Select option 2 for Password Reset.

4 -Press OK to confirm Reset and the password will now be 0000
