I want to know how connect my reciver (echostar 2200 2ci) to PC.
What's software can I use to update program?
I have just one module in access condit. (Mrv 2.23),cannot add key or edit,if I tray blocked.

Go to the download section of _www.echostar-int.com and find the Echonav loader for your receiver. Instructions for STB - PC interfacing come with the file.

Latest software version is v.900, also available from that site.

I download a file (dsb22002ci_900) from www.echostar-int.com download section but it's just (bin file) how can I execute this file?

As I said, you need the Echonav loader - the .bin file is uploaded to your STB using that application.
