Insat channels in South Africa

GOOD MORNING,
Thanks for suggesting Insat.There is not any transponder pointing southwards towards South Africa-Indian Ocean. Thus reception is negative.\
Not all satellites providing INDIA with so many channels have transponders beaming on South Africa. The iNSAT yet has never thought
about that.

Can you provide me with satellites providing NDTV, IMAGINE, MAX.
I will do some tests and will revert back.
I do have some equipment 370 cmms C band solid perfortaed Alu
molded panels and 250 cms ditto.Eurostar C band LNB ref 777, 15* K.

The scenario for ku is not much optimistic bros.The Birds referred by member 91040 are available in some parts of north India Only.
In my location I am unable to find Yamal@90 Ku,Asiasat 3s Ku,ABS-1 Ku North is rarely available,Telestar 10 Ku could show me 2 channels only out of 20 even on my 8 feet solid dish.

did u get lucky.. i can get signal for few indian channels but how i do pay for them. my freetoair box doesnt have smart card facility.

Some India channels are available FREE to AIR from satellite Panamsat/Intelsate 10 @68.5.I have checked the map,Doordarshan is providing at least 4 channels including DD sports in your region.
