Hi All,

I have Airtel STB & Dish Antenna. Can I use this STB to view Yamal from C Band Dish. If yes. Pl. tell how can I use this.

No - C-band uses much bigger dishes than Ku band. Also the lnb (the bit on the end of dish arm) is different.

You said you had an Airtel dish - Airtel uses Ku band on Insat 4CR at 74E..

If you have a C-band dish available then why are you asking about the Ku band dish?? Just use the big one.

Or are you deliberately wasting our time??

If you want to play with C-band you will have to buy a receiver that handles it.

Is there an LNB menu where you can adjust the local oscillator to receive frequencies from a C band LNB? I suspect not, and there may be restrictions on symbol rates too. Worth a try I suppose.
