Sky Irish card or ROI freeview card to get RTE1,2 TV3 TG4

No such thing as an ROI freeview card - its subscription or nothing.

Can some say a good website to get the subscription from?
Are there different software for Sky Irish boxes and uk one?
No different software, just a different EPG.......do you have any relatives living in Ireland??? If yes, that could be an easy way of getting a card.

Do you have a digibox and a credit card??
if yes, your relative rings Sky, asks for a second hand contract to be sent to the IRISH address. Your credit card is used for the payment. Card arrives and is sent by your relative to you in the uk. You place it in your digibox and give your relative the details of the box, serial no etc. He/She then rings Sky saying card has arrived and could they please activate it. Activation signal is sent and your channels come on!
No problem using 2 Sky subs in the same house, just have to have an LNB with more than one input. Does your Dad have Sky+?

Thankyou I have a digibox and my own dish and credit card have not got Sky+
Hi Nitefire,
I'm not trying to wind you up or to start an argument, but why on earth would you want to go through all the trouble of getting an Irish Sky Subscription? Besides RTE1 you only get RTE2, TV3 (which more or less is a scaled down version of ITV) and TG4 which no one understands anyway and not to forget the rubbish Channel 6. Non of the ITV channels (except UTV) are on the Irish EPG and you miss out on BBC3 and BBC4 as well as loads of radio channels.
The only half plus I see is getting some premier league games on Saturdays but that's it.
Cheers

The thing is that I want it! has no tryed to go though smart2check or storesatallite, digicams Or they all con men and thives
who can I phone to find out about these companies??

You say you have Irish relatives. therefore post 8 has your answer. No need to go through any middle men...

There are very old don't unstand what I'm asking do these compenies work are they all scams and crooks yes or no?
That can't be answered with a yes or no, as there are many companies, some will be good and some not and only people with personal experience can answer the question.
Companies offering cards from outside the region probably have to pay an agent in that country and the agent will need to make a profit as well, so the subscriptions will always be more expensive.

As Rolf says, get a subscription through a relative. Even if you manage to find a company they will always charge you more so that they can take their middle-man's cut.
