strange phenomenon with my pace sky hd box,since today..!

Hello!
just i recogneized,after 2 days online,waiting for the card update,a strange problem,with my Sky hd box that i bought on Ebay 3 weeks ago,everthing works fine,since today!
i recogneized,when i replug the power,the satellite signal is lost,after reboot,now signal received,the cable it self,works on every other receivcer,with 80% Signal on bbc,so everything okay.from this side,now i try to use the lnb input 1,but i dont find,in the menu,the settings,how i can change,from the current set input to input 1,i dont see this option for select,maybe this first tuner,is only for the internal harddrive?

now,i tried,the first lnb input,nothing happens,because the first one not activated yet,then strange things happen again,i put the cable,back to lnb input 2,and vola the signal is here,after reboot,i recogneized,that the box sometimes hang,after booting,and dont recogneized the remote,but this only happen 2 times now,normaly it starts normal,then the programm is working,but after replug the power again,satelltie signal is lost again,and i have to change lnb port to input 1,and then back to input to,to get my signal back!

looks,like that some powersellers,selling bware Sky hd boxes,for the have of normal price,with this kind of phenomenon that i have now..


maybe i casting everything out,to the window,then it works....

Try changing the box to single feed mode - it might not be picking up the epg stream with only 1 tuner connected

Yep you need to choose single LNB input in secret menu

How,can access the secret menu,is this the comination,that analouge sat told?
sorry iam not familiar with this!
yes thats true,the epg is here,but not the signal!
how this can happen,i dont understand!

At the moment Thomson and Pace use the new software and Samsung and Amstrad use the old software. The old software does not have the one input mode. You may need to update the software manually by pressing the backup button down on the receiver when you switch the power to the box on. The secret menu is found by pressing services, system setup, 0, 1, select.
