K3 what bouquet i can watch with?

hello guys,
i am planning to buy a k3 card and i want to know what bouquet i would be able to watch with it ?
what version i should download on it ? and if there is any option to use it to watch sharing programme over the internet ?

Hi london-guy,
the K3 is only a card so sharing is down to your satellite equipment. Also what you can get from it also depends on your equipment, Cam and/or receive.
There are currently 4 options to load on the K3 card.
1. Canal + France and TPS.
2. C+ NL
3. Cyfra +
4. D+
the last option only works with equipment that can emulate Seca beef encryption, which currently includes goldbox receivers, X Cam orion, and now the Dragon cam with Predator 349, or T-Rex supermodule with Predasaurus 106.
You can only view one file at a time.

it depends what equipment you already have, type of receiver, cams etc.. Also have you got a card programmer capable of programming in Phoenix 3.58 Mhz mode? What satellites and channels can you pick up with your set up?

as already mentioned you can only load 1 file at a time, so you choose from the 4 options for which channels you prefer.

Hi adn,
you program the card with it's own K3 loader, and a phoenix programmer in 3.58Mhz.
C+ France has just gone down on the K3, but hopefully there will be an updated file soon, the options at present are:
1 TPS, but not Multivision.
2. C+ NL
3. Cyfra +
4. Digital +, using a receiver or Cam capable of Seca beef encryption, at present goldbox receivers, X-Cam Orion or Dragon/T-Rex Cam.
Please post back with information on your card programmer or if you experience any problems.

How do I programme K3 card
Which card do I choose from the list? do I let it detect

Hi henno,
these types of card are programmed in Phoenix mode, you choose a Virtual Com Port, put your programmer in Phoenix mode 3.58Mhz and use the K3 loader that you can find in one of the original files.
You set the com port you have chosen, click connect, reset file and download application, the file you wish to load. If this fails at dalay 200, alter the delay to 600.
At present D+ and C+ France are down but the other channels in the options are still working.

hi,i don't use k3,if the programming is anything like the cerebro set up you need to write to the card using vcp mode [virtual com port] which is within the tools menu in the usb unlimited software,and use an additional loader software for the K3 in combination with vcp mode,auto detecting the card may damage it.

Only with a phoenix programmer, like the Infinity/Phoenix or the latest Infinity Unlimited, if you have an earlier Infinity USB model then no.
