Thanks nelson, I have found a few pictures, I love your lnb setup, I will be asking a few questions if you don't mind when I start work on C band .
I will be happy to help if i can - i,v tried quite a few different l.n.b. setups on the 1.8 c.m. over the years - K/u and C - and the present setup works well, and has not been changed for the past 18 months or more . my view of the arc is restricted at the extremes especially the east - where 53 degrees is my limit in k/u and 49 degrees C band .
I am putting a fence up so the dish can not be seen from the street as my friend who works in the planning office as advised me to do so for planning permission. How come you are putting up a gate/fence ?
Doesn't look like your garden is accessible off the street.
.Thanks for photos, very interesting.
Sorry to hijack but what size dish needs planning permission?
I've managed to get the gate and fence finished today, I just need to protect it now, and no it wont be green
I am not going any bigger than this pete I am sure it will be plenty, but I might replace my 1mtrs with 1.2 C/M at some point, the chap who I bought this from also has a brand new 1.2 C/M.You'll never get a 2.4M dish in through that door.....
