how will it be sleeved?

Hi CJ, I will just get a short bit of pole slightly larger inside diameter than 3.5 and put it over the top and weld it up, even if it ends up 4 inch it will be ok, but I will try my best to locate something very near to 4.5,

I might do the same at the ground end, and just set a 4ft pole in to the ground, then slide the main pole in to it leaving about 6 inch above the ground with the same design as the top end of the mount to secure it. as in the picture below,

I have a few options in mind atm, as you can see from this picture you just tighten the bolts to the pole,
