I just tried them and only 1/3 produce pictures of a pretty low quality...others have sound & no picture.
Then ,again, the big question:why so many hyper low quality tv channels (showing only tacky ads or guys selling worthless carpets or "jewels")
allowed in Italy when whole regions of other nations(Catalunia,Balerares) can t even afford a channel...
And Hotbird wasn' t designed or launched by Italy was it?
You keep seeing whole regions or countries abandoning sat because it s expensive..(VietNam,Afghanistan,India's public tv)
So,.how can such low key channels survive?
Just my 200 lire
