It could be a data transmission like the ones on 12129V and 12441V, but I don't have the equipment to check at the moment.
I have also spotted interference signals near 11141/11152/11172: And some weird in 10952. Maybe overloading effect for LNB, and from upperband. But these frequences do not quite add up to high band frequencys.

Now attributed to Eutelsat 28A:

It's 2F PE beam I believe. Look at the following, but remember there will be slight differences because one is low band and the other is high band but for me the similarity is too much to ignore. I'm going to track a transponder on Eutelsat and see how that beam maps throughout the day.

Also I think 11604 and 11681 may be attributed wrong and that they are on Astra 2E PE. Compare them with 11836, 11914, & 11934.

No, that's not possible.... both use too high symbolrates for a 26MHz transponder, and SES satellites only can do 33MHz between 11.7-12.5 GHz. So they really are on E28A. But that new one is 22.000 so most likely is on either 2E or 2F Westeuro beam.

BTW, here's my data. If you want to add any transponders that might be helpful to fingerprint off I'll be happy to add them.

This is helpful because it gives us a snapshot but not the same as tracking the fingerprint over a 24 hour period.

Great idea Huevos, but I assume you mean 11604V not 11640V on the new graph above.

I've also noticed, that all these new transmissions so far in this band all fall within a couple of MHz of the Astra transponder setup.

Ok, here's 24 hours data from 11604. Still not convinced? Did they really close 11450-11700 on Eutelsat just to start using it a couple of months later?

One thing is certain, 11580 & 11604 are not on the same satellite.

Any other reports from around Europe comparing 11604 against 11836, 11914 & 11934.

Grid frequency would be 11582.25 MHz to be exact, so what you mean?
Now it's 2.5 MHz too high, before it was 2.5 MHz too low.
I've never seen such jumps within a fully used 26 MHz transponder.
