Oh good stuff, so do the adaptors allow a standard 40mm LNB neck? I have only seen the the mad outsized official saddle $ky LNB holders to be honest.

If you don't have a dish right now I'd go for a regular shaped dish rather than a Sky type dish for multi sat.

They are sky lnbs with a 40mm adaptor to fit mk4 minidishes. Sellers on Ebay sell them. A 40mm quad sky lnb with mk4 adaptor is about £9 odd each.

In a housing acc flat right now. Weighting up my options. The other flats have minidishes. I don't want to look out of place with a big round dish. Besides they may only allow me to put up a minidish.

I have just set up a 60cm mini dish for 28E +19E +13E works ok,
Use these pictures as a guide,
I think 7 east could be added as well will try this week the illustration showing 42E + 28E + 19E + 13E + 5E is stretching it a bit too far as only very strong transponders on 42E may come in but until you try ?5satsonzone2.jpg

Fair enough, yes a Sky style dish would blend in better.

Seen this but it is a stock photo. Have asked seller if the LNB he is selling is like the one in the picture.

That looks like a MTI brand from a wee while back bud, Visiblewave is the common make now.

Then replace the $ky guff with a standard LNB holder with the same pitch angle, see here:uploadfromtaptalk1412542990197.jpg

Just need to drill a three mm hole thru the LNB bracket and drop a nut and bolt thru to secure it thru the existing arm hole. Will have a go tomorrow.uploadfromtaptalk1412543588261.jpg

Careful as the $ky ones don't have a lot of neck to clamp the rails onto.

See the tiny neck here: View attachment 68722

Try packing it out with a turn of self amalgamating tape.

The rubbery friction will also stop any chance of the LNB turning in the holder.

Also remember that you can paint the dish with matt Plastikote spray paint or a similar brand to make it blend in. That might help with getting it approved.

Look at this for an example http://www.satellites.co.uk/forums/...ish-multi-lnb-system.74232/page-2#post-506510 though he should have painted the LNBs (not the white cap) the switch and brackets as well.

You could try a perforated ISS 80cm and ISS makes LNB brackets for it.

Brown Webro WF100 cable will be less visible than black whatever dish you get. Even if the wall is white!
