I am quite happy to see any large dishes in this thread and it's always interesting to see what such things go for....even flimsy FS rubbish.

Well that isn't what the thread is about, it's about bargain second hand big dishes and we don't want to be publicising ebay sellers of new and quite frankly (in that case) crap dishes, not fair on our forum supporting advertisers. It was set up for second hand dishes also so that it was unlikely to be abused by online sellers posting incognito.

Look, I'm not accusing anyone of advertising their ebay items here, what I'm saying is that the thread is for second hand large dishes, on ebay and other sales sites, not new ones by ebay traders, or any other traders for that matter. As for the quality aspect, don't have a problem if it's a second hand large dish of low quality, members can make up their own mind on that.

Fair point. I can see how forum advertisers can get annoyed if we all start posting links to non-sponsors.

So as long as it's 2nd hand and large-ish (1.2+?) then it's ok?

It's a pity 'big' can't be defined as 1.3M or larger. Recently it's been one 1.2CM after another and none of them are particularly large.

It's actually interesting to see the Fortec Star is still being sold new, that's the first retailer I've seen stocking them for a while, forum advertiser or not and they're cheaper than the two most recent used ones sold for on Ebay Still not seen a detailed review of one on C Band.
