Hi,

Would anyone please be able to measure the top dead centre distribution of the 4 bolt fixing points on the rear of a channel master 1.2m dish that secure the dish to a Channel Master Az/El head mount. The distance between one set of horizontal bolt points and one set of vertical bolt points is what I need.

I have one of these motors (link pasted below) and I am not sure if the channel master plate that comes with this motor is aligned to the bolt fixing points in a 1.2m channel master dish?

The motor is listed as being supplied with an adapter plate, for the 1.2M channel master dish, similar to the one for the Jaeger 1224 motor

Thx for all your replies.

Yes, I have the plate but no dish. The 175mm provided by Martin agrees with the plate that comes with the CX5000 motor so that is OK. The 175mm also agrees with the plate provided with my Jeager 1224 motor so consistent all round.

The reason I asked is that there is a nice Andrews 1.2m Tx/Rx dish on eBay, practically brand new but the bolt fixing points are different to the CM 1.2m Rx dish and I cant be bitched to mess round making plates.

It is an Andrews, but I don't think that is a Channel Master (for which your adapter plate is made).
At least it is not a CM type 12x dish face.
You will need a different adapter plate, or a different dish face.

Those LNB side arms attach differently to the dish face to my CM120. It also looks more like a 1m dish from those photos (although obviously it's hard to tell from a photo).
