DM800 Tuner Configuration Problem

Are you running your skycard from this box Darso.

No it's all FTA channels. I can get BBC NI ok but BBC NI HD is breaking up. Does that mean my dish may have moved?

It looks that way darso, just try tweaking it a little.

i have moved it with the motor from left to right and back with no joy. Does that mean it may need tilted back or forward?

Got dish aligned but still some channels not working. Put cable from fixed sky dish which gad been there for years and everything working. Don't understand why it's not coming thru on motorised dish?

Is the sky feed pulling them in on the same box please.

No different feed and in fact got up this morning and even more channels are either tune failed or breaking up!!! Think I need a bigger dish.
