Dreambox BT/IR remote code

I'm trying to program a universal remote control specifically a sofabaton x1 unfortunately my right key is not functioning on my dreambox ir/BT remote. Does anyone have the IR code for this specific button. I would greatly appreciate any pointers. A net search is producing nothing. Thanks

If you can see the codes for all the other working buttons then you may be able to make an educated guess to what the code for the right key could be.

There seems to be no apparent patterns at all. As far as my remote left button it's not even close to the above.

I tried to contact dreambox support by mail but all my messages to them dissappear in a black hole

If you can open the original remote you may be able to repair it - wipe off any grease on the affected button and rub pencil on the contact surface of the button (not the circuit board). Alternatively double-sided tape and a small piece of tinfoil will also work but is fiddly to apply. I have repaired many remotes this way.
