!Dreambox can only find 2 Sats!

Hi Guys,

Just following on from my other threads.

I select other satelites within satfind but I cannot get a lock on any of them.

The only two satelites that I can lock onto are Thor and Hotbird.

Has anyone else had these sort of probs?

Once again any help is appreciated.

As you know I'm new to this box myself but could it be that the image you loaded doesn't have all the DiSEqC settings?

If you re loaded the latest image direct from DreamBox would that not confirm this? (1.08)

Am I correct in thinking that if you manage to get all your dish settings back then the next image you load would reset them?

I backed up all the directories from the box before I started to FTP to it. At least that's what I think I did!

Think I'll go and watch BBC2!

can you find any others manually ? by moving dish with the remote ?

Hi Gameboy - I have tried reverting back to old image and this has made no difference.

Lee - I cannot lock onto anything using the Motor Config manual adjust,
If I select Mode: Position Satleite whatever nothing really happens.I know the dish moves but then I usually get SNR:46% AGC:33% BER:3120

Its like it cannot lock onto anything, If I reset it automatically takes me to the last program that I had on.

Bloody bizarre, Like I say it was all working fine until I put on a brand new image and then boom.
