No doubt, but I like Fiats!

The VED Disc arrived an hour ago. SWMBO wants me to actually cut it out (Not perforated) and display it on the Windscreen, for some bizarre reason.

She works for Plod and the latter have not paid heed to the VED Disc for around two years now.

But SWMBO MBO .............................. :(

Not long to go until you can remove your disc. Then the only disc you need will be a parking disc in the glovebox. They seem to be used more and more. Carlisle is expanding its disc zone soon.

The latest Punto does look much nicer that the old one and it still has a decent interior with a good amount of space. iirc a previous Punto won an award for the interior space. I like to think they have improved the mechanicals but it is still a Fiat. After a few years the engine mounts giving way is still a possibility. :(

Never had an engine mount issue in many years of Fiat ownership. I would very much doubt that the various mounts used over the years have differed markedly from many of Car Brands as there is massive commonality these days.

But I agree on styling - one of the key changes since getting rid of the "Evo" models and reverting back to plain Punto is the sexification of the nose (ok, the front bumper and grilles) to look more like the Fiat 500.

Which is nice.

Yes, its nice to see curviness.

Too many cars now have very angular bodies, like the Hyundai i30. I think they have gone over the top with the sharpness and Fiat may be leading the swing back the other way to more gentle curves.

No satellite stuff for the moment (aside from a 43cm minidish that was on the house already), Samsung SyncMaster T27B550 Smart TV & Monitor, and a few computers...
My Location
Near Pontop Pike, Co. Durham
I'd rather have a Honda Accord Tourer (or a 2CV, but the Accord's more realistic)... :D
