Our Fortec Passion has been & is working fine including recording to USB Flash Drive.

Only annoying problem is that with the EPG it does not show ANY BBC 1 programme listings for any of the regions.

Any way round this?

Just to clarify your situation :-

Are you saying that you have a full 7 day EPG for all of your 'freesat' channels, including your main local BBC1 channel - but dont have anything at all for the other BBC1 regions - not even Now & Next ?

What about other BBC2 regions ? What about other ITV1 regions?

My Passion+ shows the full 7 day EPG for all regional variations of all BBC & ITV channels

Have you tried turning it off at the mains and taking the plug out for a minute?

Then plug it in and allow the EPG to repopulate.

The EPG shows programme listing for all channels except BBC1 & all the BBC 1 regional stations.

Have tried uplugging from the mains - didn't work.

Also tried rescanning but again made no difference.

You will have to give us a bit more background on this, because it seems a bit weird that it only picks on the BBC 1s :-

What version of loader and software are you on ?
Is your P+ set up with 'UK 7 day EPG' set to ON in the menu?
Do you have a full 7 days EPG for ALL the other channels, including BBC NEWS and BBC 2 ?
How did you scan to get these BBC 1s ?
Are all your BBC 2s OK ?
When did you last scan ?
Have you manually edited your channel list with SetEditPassion, or renamed them in any other way ?

I have run out of questions now, but maybe these will help to narrow it down

Thanks everyone - problem solved

In desperation reset to factory settings & did a rescan & hey presto ALL BBC channels now
appear in the 7 day EPG.
