Morning all..

ok.. i have been asked to ask this question on behalf of a good frind of mine..

He is working with a relook at the moment and it seems to be giving him alot of hassle..

He wants to buy a DM7025 just because its got the twin tuner..

As far as i am aware.. he will be using one of the nabilo images that is compatable with the DM7025 and cccam

So.. What he wants to know is :

Is there any way to password protect or lock the channels that are not for his childrens eyes.. Better safe than sorry with this..

Thanks for the help..

Yes, they can be protected with a pin number.

Probably the easiest way to do it is with DreamboxEdit, where you can pin protect a group of channels in one go.

Does this mean that when you want to watch one of these channels you can just put in the pin and it opens.. ??

I've never bothered setting it up (no children in the house), but as I understand it you'll be prompted for a pin before you can view any pin protected channels.
