Re Fortec Star Passion HD + repair

I have replaced all 3 capacitors on the power supply and now working as normal. I have also updated with latest firmware from Fortec (pn2_av130fs_201010.dnl) OK, but as yet not (no signal report) getting BBC HD. I will look into this on the forum. If anyone has any help with this I would appreciate it.

Can't help you with the BBC HD issue - though I'm pretty sure it's a problem that's been mentioned here a few times and solutions offered, but thanks for letting us know your repair did the trick.

(I've not reviewed them, but the titles suggest they might be relevant.

Hi
I have sorted the HD problems out by deleting the Astra 2A Satallite list(not the sat). Switch off the receiver and on again and rescan Astra 2A . All the HD channels then came up with there new numbers. I hope this helps with anyone with the same problem
