Hi currently have sky, but I was wondering whether to get ART for the premiership and SPL. Sky sports is going up to £36 per month and setanta is £100 PA. You can pick up ART cards on Ebay for £55 for six months which gives access to these sports.

What I would like/require.

New dish with 3 LNBs able to pick up Hotbird, Astra at 19 and 28.2 degrees. Is that possible? To complicate matters have Sky in two locations would I be able to keep my quad LNB from present sky dish?

In addition I will need Digital Receiver with Viaccess Card Slot or a Digital Receiver with Cam Slot + 1 Viaccess Cam.

Likely costs and is it possible?

Above are a couple of threads regarding multisat dishes, your Sky minidish Quad or Twin LNB may fit and will probably produce reasonable results if it does.

Cost will vary as to which receiver you buy, best have a shop around, plus dish prices vary considerably.

probably the best thing to do is put up a second dish about 80cm or bigger for 13/19e and leave your quad lnb on your existing sky dish picking up 28e. if this is not possible then you can put 3 lnb's on one dish but the sky quad lnb will not suit standard lnb multibrackets so you might have to get a different one. as for receivers get one which have a lot of patches available, ie technomate, humax or dreambox, these receivers should be able to support the art card directly. look on this forum for reviews of receivers. before you buy an art card make sure that they are showing premership and spl football next season.
