Hi everyone, this is my new (old) addition. I found by the river bed. Looks great. Does anyone have experience with this dish? I have no information about Mid band Gain, F/D etc. 1.2 m Polyester SMC reinforced with glass SMC. Mount is Laminas, PL. (my material). Thank you

It does look vaguely familiar.

If you look carefully, you can see the label where the yellow circle is. Most likely, you will find out that the dish was made many years ago, in West Germany.

Yes, you are right, but unfortunately I don't have any technical data about the dish. I believe that I will soon be able to compare the reception quality with CM 1.2m with the same LNB.

Ask me, and I will give you all data needed  . Just kidding.... do not ask, I will post data later today.

I have such a dish and also original polar-mount. Even it is more than 30 y.o. it was never been installed. But I feel the antenna is a very good one. It is light and solid at the same time.

@atl68 Original LNB-holder is for 23 mm neck, so should be replaced. Find attached some useful information about this dish. Good luck. IMG_20221013_144531a.jpg

Yes, Wim, as it is also stated on my collage, it is NSC (Northern Satellites Corp) antenna. The company is not existing anymore. :(

@RimaNTSS Thanks a lot for your info. I wonder about the original mount (polar-mount) looked like. Can you put a picture here?

No problem @atl68 , there are a couple of pictures. Somehow, it reminds me the design of the Prodelin mount though. It is fully galvanized and never been in use. IMG_20221014_234353.jpgIMG_20221014_234404.jpg

Hi all,

Could somebody help me identify the 110cm dish in the attached pictures? It was given to me for free(!) some time ago after dismantling an old antenna installation. It is in good shape, and its solid mount looks more stable than several other designs. The LNB holder arm is 69cm long and held in place with stainless steel screws.
I would be grateful if anyone knows what brand and type it is.
Initial provisional tests seem promising.

Kind regards,
Peter

That looks like the 'Lashup 100', along with parts from a Fibo to mount to the post.

What do you want to receive with it?

Hi Channel Hopper,

Thanks for your reply!
Well, the dish was previously mounted on a 50mm mast pole along with four old Wisi OC32 twin LNBs.
No fibo as far as I know.
I was hoping that the rather unusual mount could help identifying the dish type, if anybody could recognize it.
I intend to do some further testing and experiments, maybe trying 28,2E with a good LNB…

I've seen those cast/cut aluminium brackets before, I'm almost certain they were on a Fibo/Philips reflector system.
