i don't know if it would be an alternativ for some of you, but there is sky germany on 19.2. They have not all the content, but what is there is usually bilingual, so you could watch in english. You'd just need to manage to get a subscription

The problem with that one is some of the 19E signals are pretty poor down the eastern end of the Mediterranean. Sky Italia is a better option for folk down that far..
