Hello All, I know hacking questions are not allowed so I will keep it general, what channels are available on Intelsat 907 I know there is a BBC Package but are the Sky channels available ?

Not on Intelsat 907, 27.5W, this satellite carries very few channels, compared to some more popular satellites.

There are several Sky packages, Sky UK, 28.2E, Sky Germany, 19.2E, Sky Italy, 13E, but I assume you mean Sky UK channels, 28.2E.
Why not check the footprints, and other threads, to see what size dish you require to pick up Sky UK channels, on 28.2E.

No Iam afraid not, but you'll be glad to know there are some Sky channels on Eutelsat W1 for the British Forces

No, there are no $ly channels available there. The satellite is there to provide a backup for the BBC's terrestrial trunking of signals and is also known as the BBC Satback.
