Hi everyone.
When I phone up sky to match a card to a box or increase the package for a customer the sky guy on the end of the phone takes the details of the box and card etc and then says 2min to 24hr the changes will take place. What polarization etc is this signal sent on? Any other information about this process is of interest to my professional development.
