In London, is it possible to receive tv from South and/or Central America? I have a flat roof on a tall building and might get away with a dish up to 1.2m.

There are a few FTA channels listed from some South American countries listed here:-

There is also a handful of Mexican channels on 24.5W, but needs a subscription.

Theres a handful of them started on 11W recently, although they are scrambled in Irdeto3+ and need a subscription to open them.

To be honest your best bet is an IPTV solution.

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

Cubavision (International) transmits on Astra 1 so you need nothing more than a 65cm dish in London.
