My Satellite Setup
Laminas 1.2M fibre dish with an IBU, on a Clarke Tech USALS motor, covering 57E - 24.5W to an Octagon SX88. Displayed on a 20" Dyon LED TV.

Seperate 80 cm dish on 28E with a Humax Freesat for SWMBO.
Free Sat V8 meter. Sony Bravia 46" LCD, Sony BluRay and Home Cinema.

No rain today but cloudy and rather muggy. Wasn't a pleasant night with the fan going...

Just remember, with climate change (not necessarily the "global warming" thing which arrogant people blame on the human race, cos it's the sun's doing at the moment with the lack of sunspots), this is going to be the norm, stormy, violent weather through summer with wet and nasty winters like the one we had 2013 to 2014...

We used to be Cheshire, now I think we are listed as East Cheshire & something, never really take any notice.
All this rain might be the only thing that saves Lancashire from relegation !!!!!!!!!!!!
Quite nice, this afternoon, after about 2PM, but my back garden has standing water, even worse than last September, when it never seemed to stop raining.
It will take at least a weeks worth of dry, hot, weather to dry it out enough to cut it, maybe even two weeks.
We have had some really heavy rain, in short periods, and quite a lot of showers, with very brief sunshine.
All the neighbours quickly put away their barbeques, and garden furniture, which might hopefully make an appearance in July/August !!!!!!!!

The sunshine didn't last too long, suddenly went black and it's pouring down, again !!!!!!!
Surely we can't be the only area, in the UK, that's having this much rain ?????
I even heard some cricket games were being played, today, in glorious sunshine !!!!!!!!!

Quite a nice start, to the day, and we have some sunshine !!!!!!!!!!
It's not due to last long though, as the local weather forecast states that today will be cloudy, most of the day, with heavy showers, Wednesday mainly cloudy, some sunshie, possibility of rain, Thursday sunny intervals, Friday cloudy, possibility of rain, Saturday cloudy, showers.
Hopefully the weather forecasters will be as accurate, as usual, and we are in for a lot of sun !!!!!!!!!!

Midsummers day tomorrow here in norway we celebrate with burning bonfires, a group of enthusiasts in Ålesund west norway hope to set a biggest bonfire height record tomorrow with this monster that is still growing in height ( presently ~20 meters ).

I'd like to see that being burnt, but I wouldn't like to be anywhere near it when it is burning... o_O

It's been great weatherwise round here, nice and sunny, perfect for mowing the grass (can't call it a lawn, it's just terrible!!), need to strimming today once I fiddle some more with the strimmer's head... :D

That and mix up a bit more 2-stroke fuel cos I used most of what I had in the tank up during the week... :-doh

It's amazing what I do when I have a burst of energy, just destroyed a leylandii tree, just cos it's a leylandii, nobody likes leylandii, unless there a bumhole of a neighbour... :D

Oh I like making fire, that's for sure, but I know a scary fire in potentia when I see one... :p

The Leylandii wood I cut down today will become firewood, though it'll take a few years to dry properly, but it shall be burned... :D
