Tricky if you don't have three hands!

But as long as you support the weight of the dish at bottom dead centre, accurate adjustment of elevation is possible.

The same support method is needed when tightening off the slider, or it can twist a bit.

That said, the dish performs well.

They also can be very wobbly on some older h2h mounts.

As the post before said that are very good proformers.

That's the chap.

Take care using a DiSEqC motor, though: I put mine up on an exposed wall and soon removed it and put it on a Patio Mount instead.

Apart from one incident where it fell over due to insufficient ballast, it has worked fine with a cheap motor for years.

Poor in my recent experience, although i have a theory that Triax name is being badged on lesser quality dishes

Would be better off with the slightly smaller Gibertini 1m dish, similar if not better gain than the Triax and far superior build quality and lighter

the orbital ali dish is 109cm by 99cm and is a good performer/easy to set up... if you cant go to a 1.2m/polar mount set up then a gibby is a cracking dish that performs well. most 110cm dishes are about 105cm as they always measure the top to bottom. famaval do a 119cm x 110cm but there not the best performers/quality. the td110 is a good performer that will last years but for me the gibby wins with the orbital a close second for dishes to be used on a usals motor.
