The 2A East beam is a no-go here in NL with 120 cm.
So I'm hopeful.

In my area the signal on 12245 H is very good if I catch it even with T90!So far it looks like the transponder is in testing, without programs.
Trp.12423 H,3000,5/6 is ok.

Four strong vertical 4A transponders, all QPSK 3/4:
12344 V 30000 : 13.5 dB
12379 V 27500 : 13.5 dB
12422 V 27500 : 14.0 dB
12456 V 30000 : 13.0 dB
These values are a few dB below neighbouring Turksat 3A values.

12245 H 27500 with over 6 dB, don't want to lock no more.
Edit: that's 0.5 dB below lock. Should be OK tonight!

I have 9-12 db on test carriers agianst 11-14 db on Turksat 2A/3A (0.9m dish). Seems this new sat will be weaker for me too

It looks like the Horizontals are on the East Beam & the Verticals are on the West Beam same as all transmissions between 11.700 to 12.150 from 42 east,
