A US Representative in Chicago is trying to bring in a law against crossing the road while on the phone. DemocratKenneth Dunkin has sponsored a bill calling for a ban on people talkingon their mobiles while walking down the street, and has won the backingof Illinois Secretary of State, Jesse White.

That's just the nanny state thing again, if they didn't want us doing all this, they should have banned mobile phones full stop!!! :rolleyes:

I am surprised they consider banning. Normally it would be shooting first. Ban later.
