help me. i need to play dvd file in my dreabox by using VLC
set up please

Nobody is going to tell you every little step involved in that, The information you need is already posted here. Use search to find it.

Anyhow, You dont need to use VLC to watch a DVD via your dreambox, Look through the blue panel, there is a feature available for watching DVDs in the newer images. (Its available as a plugin too).
