Yes that is what the spec sheet says. Here is why. Transponders with an SR of 1000 can be spaced about 1.3MHz apart. With that kind of spacing you need some pretty narrow filters in the tuner (to differentiate between adjacent transponders) and an LNB with a perfect LO. So rather than put up with people complaining (if it doesn't work well) it is just better to say the box has a spec down to SR 2000.I thought the spec said it went from 2000 upto 45000 for the symbol rate?
