set a webcam up to arm when triggered, there is software around that records only when something moves.. apart from that.. set a dummy dish up see if he plays with that..
Dont agree with killing him after all he isnt harming anyone .. i say play games with him. after all he aint trying to nest.
You should call up the nature preserve authority and make them stop it1 I am sure the Woodpecker has rights (and you can keep your dish and we will get our picture)
