Well according to the specs here
of which the following ia an extract
electronic program Guide (EPG) OSD Teletext (800 page area memories) and sub-title support 9 Timer events which are EPG Programmable.
Thus I can see no reason why BBC World on Hotbird should not give you OSD teletext

Thank You. Unfortunatley all I get from pushing this button is the old analogue text page (page 100) and it is blank. I can,t get digital text. Perhaps it is something to do with the way I tuned it VPID, APID etc. Was there something else I should have done.
