Ad3000 Rs232

Hi All

Does anybody know what the correct pin out is for the AD3000 RS232 cable, as there seems to be a number of different wired versions out there.

Just a basic null modem cable -

Pin 2 - pin 3

pin 3 - pin 2

pin 5 - pin 5

No other pins required.

Thanks for the reply, my lead has pins 1 to 8 connected, so I will make a simple 1 following your connections and see if it helps my database loading problem.

You don't need to SST12 - it'll be fine with a standard cable, shouldn't cause any uploading problems.
