Every time I have calle SKY to pair the card (a new one purchased through SKY) The staff at SKY have been very unhelpful and not paired the card. This has happened on 6 occasions now! BT will do the whole process for you

Not only a cable shortage but also a SKY LNB on a round dish which will never work 100%. Come on people educate yourselves!!! :)

If you do not want to record I suggest a SKY DRX595. If the system is set up for SKY then it is also set up for freesat including freesat through SKY. The viewing card must be paired to the SKY box which BT will do not SKY as you o not have a SKY account SKY aren't interested! At the same time...

The dish is good but you should consider a much better mount do you have a south facing wall? Could you possibly use T & K's with 2" Steel mast with end caps? Just suggestions. I have been having all sorts of issues with wind myself recently! Other installers will insist on using loft brackets...
