Any BeIN Sport HD users about?

It's just this annoying code that keeps popping up and not just on the 1500hr games . I have been told that the new purple boxes stop this- is this true? If it is I will change my existing one.

Trigger, When watching live EPL football on HD11 I am getting C******R plus a few other letters come up every 15-20 mins, it stays on for about a minute. I am wondering what this is all about. Have you any idea? ADMIN EDIT - code removed. A/S

I am looking into the Al Jazeera option as I have looked at the footprint of the NileSat satellite and it looks good for me here, I now have a 1.70m (unmotorised) dish. I have a Atom 9000 satellite receiver- never used it, are these any good or should I be looking for a newer model?
